Yes, the bookmakers have finally revealed the favorites for the Bolton job. It is Darren Ferguson, a former Peterborough manager, who is 4/1 joint favourite for the said job together with Mark Hughes, his former Manchester United team-mate.

The strong candidates to succeed Gary Megson as Bolton Wanderers’ manager are indeed just Ferguson and Hughes. And it is just good to see them both on top of their game.

“What a prospect it would be to see Fergie senior and junior shaping up against each other!”, William Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe said.

But the spokesman added that the job also offers a good chance for Mark Hughes to be back on route fast considering his departure from Manchester City.

Well, there are some other candidates and these include Paul Jewell who is backed at 9/2, both Alan Curbishley and Gary Speed at 7/1 and Steve Coppell at 8/1. Odds of these individuals can still improve but those odds of Ferguson and Hughes might as well. It will be a very exciting battle for all these candidates.

Bolton are in great trouble for being in the relegation zone. They had a 13th place finish season. Thus, it is very important for them to have someone that could really bring them into better zone.

Ferguson’s experience might be a factor to consider. Being a former Peterborough manager, he has already went through a lot of problems, and so he is most likely just right for the Bolton job. But of course, others also have their own strength and this is something to also take a look at.

Meanwhile, bettors might also be interested with another betting market, something that is for the next Premier League manager to leave. It has Phil Brown at 13/8 and Gianfranco Zola at 11/4.

Most of the football and betting enthusiasts are now greatly boggled about who will really be the next Premier League manager. They realize that it will be a very significant event to have a new Premier League manager. But then, the selection process might still take some time and so for now they just follow the betting on the next Premier League manager.

So far, such enthusiasts are overwhelmed with the constant changes on the odds on the next Premier League manager betting. Just the recent one was unexpected and was all because of the speculations about the big boss of the Hull City. Phil Brown has been actually on the hot seat because of the hearsays regarding his possible separation from the club.

For some time, Brown has been the favorite in the next Premier League manager betting. But because of the issue on his possible separation from the club, he is now 8/15 odds on to go with Paddy Power and 4/6 with Skybet.

Over the weekend, a lot of things were said regarding Brown’s possible detachment from the club. To sum up everything, he is likely to be replaced after the weekend. However, he was able to manage to steer his team to a surprise 2-1 home win against Stoke.

Skybet has actually installed Steve Coppell, erstwhile Reading boss, to replace Brown with a price of 4/7 odds on. But then, what’s gonna happen next is not yet known. Who will really be the next Premier League manager? It is not yet clear.

At this point, the odds by various sportsbooks or bookmakers just serve as a temporary answer to everyone’s question. They bespeak who really has great chances of becoming the next Premier League manager. Everyone should keep an eye on them!
