Weight That Runners in Aintree Grand National Should Carry Finally Unveiled
The runners in the coming Aintree Grand National will have to carry a specific weight should they run. Finally, the weight that these runners should carry in the event that will actually take place in April was finally unveiled.
A reasonable weight of 11-4 was revealed to be for the Antepost favorite Tricky Trickster to carry in the Aintree Grand National. The Paul Nicholls-trained runner just won in the Grade Two Aon Chase at Newbury and indeed proved that he is no doubt a good jumper with great speed.
Same weight of 11-4 was unveiled to be for the second placer Niche Market to carry in the Aintree Grand National. Though he was only second place to Tricky Trickster in the Aon Chase, he showed that he can be an ideal horse and can carry same weight as that of the champion.
With VC Bet, Tricky Trickster is as short as 10/1 for the event however is still readily available at 12/1. And Niche Market is actually at odds of 16/1.
While the top weight for the Aintree Grand National went to the three great former Grade One champions, Albertas Run, Madison Du Berlais, and Notre Pere. Albertas Run is trained by Jonjo O’Neill, Madison Du Berlais is trained by David Pipe and Notre Pere is trained by Tom Dreaper. The three will carry 11-12 weight in the big event in April.
The Aintree Grand National is an event that everyone should anticipate and indeed an event that everyone should not miss.
