US Open Tennis Championship Odds Revealed

US Open Tennis ChampionshipBookmakers believed that Andy Murray is worth supporting for the US Open tennis championship after his success in the Toronto Masters the previous weekend. He is the player to back for the big tennis event following such victory.

With VC Bet, Murray was reported at 7/2 to win the US Open tennis championship after beating first the world number one Rafa Nadal in the Semi Final in Toronto. Murray then had another success in huge event where he beaten in straight sets 14 times Grand Slam winner, Roger Federer.

The Spaniard beaten Murray in the Semi Final at Wimbledon, thus the success was truly a good one for Murray. He will not forget about such great accomplishment.

But the bookmakers still made Nadal joint favorite with Federer for a Flushing Meadows win at odds of 11/4. And some supporters would support Nadal who already won his fifth French Open title and then second Wimbledon crown this year. The player only made it to the Semi Finals at Flushing Meadows twice. In 2008, he was beaten by Murray and last year, by Juan Martin del Potro. He never reached the final event but has been eager to.

Del Potro was reported recently unsure if will be in New York. But even if the defending champion will be, he will not be supported seriously by sports betting enthusiasts.

Well for the sports betting enthusiasts, Murray at 7/2 must be the player really worth supporting. After his success in the Toronto Masters, for the bettors he must be the one to really support. But of course, players such as Nadal and Federer must also be considered. They too can simply win the US Open tennis championship. Just Federer for an instance, has actually defeated Murray in straight sets. He also defeated Murray in the 2010 Australian Open Final.
