The Favorites for the ATP Masters Unveiled

The favorites for the much awaited ATP Masters event were known and this because of Bet365 which has been one of the bookmakers strictly following the ATP Masters events.

For the said event which will be at Indian Wells this week, the World #1 Roger Federer was known to be the bet particularly by Bet365. He was revealed the favorite with odds of 9/4.

Federer would actually be coming to the event fresh from an extended break. He indeed took a break that was extended after he won in Australian Open last January. However, though fresh from an extended break, for some he might not be capable of winning in the said ATP Masters event considering his form in the Master Series over the recent years which can be considered not that good. Andy Murray was revealed as the second favorite. With Bet365, this World #4 was known to be at odds of 7/2. He seemed to be in reasonable form to win his fifth Masters title which is something that he can add to the two that he has won in 2008 and another two in 2009. However, it won’t be easy for Federer and Murray, the first two favorites, to actually win in the event as the reigning champion Rafael Nadal might just play at his best according to sports analysts. He has actually also beaten Murray in the final last year and so for analysts might just be so possible that he will again beat Britain’s pride. But Nadal will be coming to the event straight from a much talked about rest due to injury he obtained in the Australian Open, thus for analysts, this might be something to also consider.
