Liverpool as the Current Favorites to Win the Europa League

At this point, Liverpool already got the recognition as current favorites to win the Europa League. Bookmakers opted to have the Anfield side as favorites so far.

William Hill is actually offering odds at 6/1 on Liverpool being the bagger of the trophy of the ever popular league. For the bookmaker, it is most likely a big thing that Rafa Benitez’s side will be entering the league after not making it at the knockout stages of the Champions League which has also been popular. Since 2002, it was their first time not to make it.

But Benitez is also 6/4 to separate from Anfield before the end of the campaign. While the Merseysiders are at 1/5 to win no silverware this season.

Despite beating Debrecen 1-0 on Tuesday night in Budapest, Liverpool decided to withdraw from the Champions League. Most likely, the decision was all because of Fiorentian defeating Lyon in the other Group E fixture to book their place for the last 16.

Shaktar Donetsk, on the other hand, also got acknowledgment for being second favorites to win the Europa League at a general 10/1. Good achievement so far after winning the league in its past format last year. And Roma can be back at 12/1, while Valencia at 14/1.

With 888sport, odds are at 20/1 for Everton to actually win the tournament that is known before as the UEFA Cup. They are presently second in their group though they were beaten twice by Benfica.
