Jaidee is a Worthy Favorite for Maybank Malaysian Open

Thongchai JaideeThailand golfer Thongchai Jaidee is indeed a worthy favorite for the Maybank Malaysian Open. Being a third placer in the Dubai Desert Classic and a notable tied fifth in the WGC Matchplay, he is just a worthy favorite for the event at the Kuala Lumpur Golf Club this week.

Also, Jaidee is a 12 time winner on the Asian Tour with two wins on this event. Thus, he can be simply be back however with the sports betting firm Paddy Power, he turned out to be as short as 9/1 to win.

While the other interesting golfer, KJ Choi, might just be worthy of 15/1 odds. Couple of years ago, he seen his world ranking slipped from the world’s top ten and then be in freeroll. But now he is down in the 96th position. Yes, he has not been winning however since the start of the year he has been actually making cuts, thus for this he is worthy of the odds.

There is actually another player who has not been winning but also has been making cuts and this is Dane, Soren Hansen. A lot of sports betting enthusiast think that long before he should have showed what he has got as a golfer. With Paddy Power, he turned out as a pick at odds of 16/1.

Defending champion of the event, Anthony Kang, will most likely be around to make it hard for the aspiring golfers at the Kuala Lumpur Golf Club. In 2009, he won in the said event against great odds. Now, he might once again do the same thing at the Kuala Lumpur Golf Club. But of course, the likes of Jaidee, Choi and Hansen should not feel hesitant or troubled. The situation might be different now for the defending champion Kang. They should just focus.
