Chelsea Beaten Stoke City 2-0

English professional football club Chelsea seemed eager to make it in this another season of the English Premier League when it beaten previous weekend Stoke City 2-0 to add 9 points to its lead in the English Premier League standings. The club managed to be on the lead by 9 points just after playing in three games.

Well, some football enthusiasts believed then that Chelsea can easily defeat Stoke City. But then, they were surprised when Chelsea failed to have a goal without trouble early on. It was only when Chelsea winger Florent Malouda managed to overcome the defense of the opponent that Chelsea earned a goal.

But some supporters of Stoke City were also glad with the performance delivered by the oldest club in the Premier League. Stoke City delivered a good performance unlike the other teams weeks ago that delivered bad performance, and just lost 6-0.

Arsenal also played well against Blackburn Rovers to be tied second with Man United in the English Premier League standings behind of course Chelsea. But some football enthusiasts were at first doubtful with Arsenal making it against Blackburn Rovers which has also been hard to beat. However, they were amazed eventually with how Arsenal managed to beat Blackburn Rovers 2-1. Arsenal’s Theo Walcott and Andrey Arshavin were good enough to overcome defense of the opponent and then gave the goals their club needed to win.

Chelsea and Arsenal really have what it takes to be ahead of the others and be at the top of the English Premier League standings. They have proven that they have the skill to be at the top of the standings. We just hope that they would be able to keep such skill to still be at the top of the standings until end of this another season of English Premier League.
